Ingredients
120g, 4oz mixed fruit (fresh or frozen), I used a mixture of strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blackcurrants and redcurrants
2 tsp oats - use gluten free oats if liked
1 tbsp honey (my frozen fruit was quite tart, use less if your fruit is very sweet)
90g, 3oz Greek yogurt
100ml, 3.5 fl oz Milk
Method
Put all of the ingredients apart from the milk into a blender.
Start to blend and pour in the milk.
Blend until smooth and serve in a glass with a straw. A great and healthy breakfast which you could easily take in your cup holder to work. A great and delicious way to start your day.
Just be aware that if you use all frozen fruit, this will be very thick (like a McDonald's milkshake kind of thick). If your blender can cope with it, then go ahead, or alternatively allow the fruit to defrost a little or use a mix of fresh and frozen.
