Sea Bass with Ginger Dressing

After a run I wanted something healthy but not too healthy.  There is something delightful about a sweet, sticky, spicy dressing with a salad, like the good stuff almost cancels out the bad stuff.  Kinda.  Ah just go with it, this tastes great.

Sea Bass with Ginger Dressing - Serves 1

Ingredients

One sea bass fillet

For the dressing
1 tbsp Fresh grated ginger
1 tbsp Runny honey
1 tbsp Soy sauce (or tamari to make gluten free)
1 tsp Sweet chilli sauce
1/2 tsp Sesame oil

For the salad
A small handful of sugar snap peas
Half a shallot
A small handful of cucumber
Half a red pepper (or red and yellow pepper)

Sesame seeds to serve (optional)

Method

Fry the sea bass in a non stick pan until cooked through.

While the sea bass is cooking, prepare the salad and the dressing.  Serve!  That's it!  Of course you could have this with rice or noodles if you prefer.  There's something so great about eating so much raw and crunchy food like this.
